This past (Good) Friday Dave Edwards and The Look performed on the roof at the Hockeytown Cafe in Detroit, MI. This event was sponsored by radio station WCSX & Olympia Entertainment for the Detroit Tiger's Opening Day game at Comerica Park. The weather was pretty good until the 2nd set when the chilly wind began blowing through the roof. The crowd stayed throughout the whole performance - but it did get rather cold up there. Thank God for the heat of the music! The band performed 7 songs from the new CD Lone Survivor as well as Look favorites, Edwards solo material and a couple of juicy covers including Sweet Soul Music and Lucille with Steve Kostan from WCSX on guitar. In fact Mr. Kostan played with the band through out the afternoon and was on fire each and every time. Dave and the band would like to thank Doug Podell, Steve Kostan, BEN PEREZ and everyone at 'CSX, Olympia Entertainment and the staff of the Hockeytown Cafe - You all made Friday a memorable, electric show.
