This is for dave, I will never forget the time you played at Jaggers night club in waterford mi back in the early 80s, you took me across the street to the 300 bowl bar, got on stage with a band and sang with them. You bought me a white russian drink. Thanks for the memories..

I also wanted to let you know that the Barenaked Ladies will be here on Aug. 10th in concert @ DTE Energy Music theatre, they are holding a contest for potential bands to open for them. You have about two weeks (if u r interested) in the opportunity. To enter, complete the contest entry form at myFOXDetroit.com and upload a JPEG photo of your band and a 4 minute or less MP3 file of your group performing an original song by 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, June 27. Complete details, rules and restAll eligible contest submissions will be posted on myFOXDetroit.com from June 30, 2010 through 11:59 p.m. on August 1, 2010. The winning band will be determined by an online vote.
The winning band will also receive 20 tickets to the Barenaked Ladies concert on the same date.

Great site brings back many memories. I first saw the Look in 1977. Spent the year after the drinking age went back to 21 following the band without a drink. Keep on rockin!

Wow! During my wild-wooly youth I loved to follow The Look back in the late '70's/early '80's. You were my favorite local band. I was just telling my significant other of my days as a "groupie" tonight and decided to look you up. To my surprise you're still around and playing. Well I'll be darned. I guess I've gotta pull out my ol' rocker duds and come on down to see you.

Dave, long time man... ran into Steve Galli (Former WRIF Producer) @ the River Fest VIP and your name came up. He said you had a web site (I searched a few years ago and found nothing) anyways, glad to see your still rockin. Lori(Adams)and I celebrated 20 years of marriage this year in Cancun. Daughter is in her first year of college and my son is 15 and one hell of a drummer (a god gifted talent)..... still doing radio full time in Jackson Mi. @ a top 40 mom and pop station (voice tracking) and part time in Toledo Ohio @ Classic Rock 94.5 WXKR (I love it!) been there 6 years. Hi Dave & Dawn, Congradulations on the marraige. I've been trying to get out to see you Dave, but as usual I've been very busy. Baseball season with my son & it looks like I might be coaching again this year.
I was out in the area this past Fri where you were playing at I beleive its called Roadies (the old Teddy's Tavern) & I stopped in, & it took me awhile to find that place. By the way Dave & Dawn, its on 13 mile road not Chicago road, but unfortunately you were playing the next night. Bummer but the place is really nice & I checked out the the tail end of the bands set & the band was really good.
Listened to you on over easy about a month or so back & it sounded good Dave.
Well I'll try again another time. I hope everthing is going well & again Congradulations!!!! Dave & Dawn on tying the knot. Steve

Thanks again for spending friday night with us at SOB's had a good time. We listened to some of the music and looked at all the pictures. Outriggers? We have an Outriggers here in Florida it is a hotel on Ft Myers Beach where they have entertainment on their outside Tiki Hut.
